Error - Cannot Run Multiple Instances-
Make sure the download manager has been closed after installation. Also, try rebooting your computer so that any previously downloaded versions of the software have been properly closed before trying to run the software or game again. You can not run the same game multiple times at once. Some graphics adapters may cause the software to crash or minimize to your task bar but not properly close.
If you are running Windows XP or Windows 2000:
1. Right click on the task bar at the bottom of your screen.
2. Select "Task Manager".
3. In the "Processes" tab, select (your product title).exe.
4. Select "End Process".
If you are running Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows Me:
1. Press CTRL + ALT + Del - A "Close Program" dialog box will appear.
2. Scroll down the list and select the product title.
3. Click "End Task".
Now try running your software from "Start" > "All Programs".
