iPhone/iPod Touch App Doesn't Start Up After Upgrading

We have had some reports of people not being able to launch Solitaire after upgrading to the latest version. In many cases, restarting the device will get it up and running again. To do this:

  1. Press and hold the power button for a few seconds until a red slider appears.
  2. Slide your finger across it. The device will turn off after a few moments.
  3. Once the screen goes completely black, press and hold the power button for a few seconds until an Apple logo appears. The device will go to the home screen after a few moments.
If restarting the device does not fix the problem, please contact us.
