Before contacting Funkitron, ensure that the following doesn't apply to you:

  • For Billing, Registration or Key Code questions, please visit this site Trymedia Customer Support.
  • If you want to retrieve your activation codes or your download links to move the game to a new computer, visit Trymedia Customer Support and enter in the email that you used when you purchased the game. The codes and links will be resent to this email.
  • If you are having problems uninstalling the game, find the directory where the game is installed (usually in a directory somewhere in c:\program files) and then run the program unwise.exe in that directory.
  • To update your DirectX (fixes many problems), please visit Microsoft DirectX
  • To update your computer (may fix some problems), please visit Microsoft Windows Update
  • To get your computer rid of SpyWare (which causes many problems like the game minimizing in the middle of play), please get Microsoft® Windows AntiSpyware (Beta)
  • If you see a white screen when trying to unlock the game, or are unable to unlock the game, follow these instructions.
  • If you have the retail version (not download) of Poker Superstars and want to update (fixes some bugs), go here Update Retail Poker Superstars.
  • If you have the retail version (not download) of Slingo Deluxe, and wish to update, download the update!
